Trois Mec operates on a special ticketing system. We do not take reservations. Dining tickets are purchased online through our website. We sell tickets for parties of 2, 4 or 6. If you do not see available tickets or your desired party size, it means we are currently sold out.
The standard dinner price is $110/pp. This price may vary by release date depending on menu or for any special events. The menu price is subject to an 18% service charge, plus sales tax.
We release tickets on the first Friday of every month at 10am for the following month.
No, but our ticketing website has a waitlist option that we will refer to in the event that a table opens up. Additionally you may check our Facebook page or Twitter to see if any guests are offering to transfer tickets.
No, the largest table at Trois Mec is for 6 people. If you have a larger party, you may inquire about buying out the entire restaurant by emailing us at email@example.com.
Please be aware that you will have 10 minutes to complete the transaction once tickets are selected. If you exceed the allotted time you will be signed out and the tickets will be released back into our system for other guests to purchase.
We are open Monday–Friday for dinner service only.
Trois Mec is a small space, and we want to create an intimate environment for our guests. Ticketing allows us to anticipate who is coming in and to give guests an all-encompassing experience at the best price possible.
When you purchase a ticket to Trois Mec, it covers your base meal, but it does not include supplemental food, alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic beverages, coffee or tea.
Service is an integral part of your meal and, since you will not receive a bill for your meal during the dining experience, we are adding an 18% service charge at the time of purchase. In addition, an 18% service charge will be assessed on any additional food and beverage consumed during the course of your meal.
No. Just as with attending a sporting event, concert or the theater, all sales are final. We cannot cancel your ticket or reschedule it for another night. If you cannot come, we recommend that you transfer your tickets to someone else.
Yes. The ticket is completely transferable. Please note, however, that selling tickets for greater than face value may be illegal in your area. Anyone who purchases a ticket from another patron should take care to ensure that they have a received a formal transfer of the ticket through the restaurant's official website. Any tickets purchased on the secondary market are at the purchaser's risk. We cannot accept responsibility for forgeries or misrepresentations.
Buying two tickets corresponds to a table for two, and four tickets correspond to a table for four. Tickets are transferable, and diners will be seated together on the same table for any set of tickets bought.
To transfer a ticket, log in to your account, go to the “My Account” area using the upper right navigation pane and select “Your Tickets”. Each ticket has a transfer button next to it.
The menu will vary. We find and source the best ingredients possible to serve one nightly 5-course menu.
If you have a specific and serious allergy, please email firstname.lastname@example.org 48 hours prior to your reservation date. We cannot accommodate all allergies, but if there is anything we can do it is better for us to know before you arrive for dinner. Given the severity of risk in modifying a dish that may have an allergic component we are often unable to modify the menu for allergies or dietary restrictions. If we are able to, we will substitute a dish that is safe for you to consume. We can not accommodate requests for no dairy.
Yes, we will be able to accommodate vegetarians. No other dietary restrictions or allergies can be accommodated at this time. We cannot accommodate vegans or requests for no dairy.
No, we do not allow guests to bring in their own wine. We have taken great care to create a wine list that complements and enhances your dining experience at Trois Mec. In addition, a beverage pairing, featured glass pour and beer options will be available nightly.
Due to the small size of our restaurant, we do not allow parties to increase their guest count. If you would like to decrease your party size, that is completely fine, but we will not be able to refund you for that ticket.
It is our intent for all of our guests to experience the full menu and dining experience we have taken so much care to create. If you (or a dining partner) are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to start service before your whole party arrives. In addition, please be aware that a late-starting dinner will, by necessity, move at a faster pace so that your dinner remains within the two hour ticket time.
Please keep in mind that we do a full second seating each night and, if your stated dining time is before 7:00pm, your table has been ticketed for the second seating, and we must respect those ticket times. If you are late, please email email@example.com.
Yes. While we do allow patrons to take photographs, we DO NOT allow flash photography so as to preserve the intimacy of the space for all of our guests. We ask that you please keep cell phones and cameras off your table and the kitchen counter during your meal.
There is no dress code. Come as you are.
We provide a valet service for Trois Mec, which is $7 per vehicle. Since we share a parking lot with other businesses, we require Trois Mec customers to use our valet service. In addition, if your reservation is after 7:00PM, there is usually ample street parking available on Highland Ave
